Solving the problem of finding the wave function that describes the state of a linear quantum harmonic oscillator presents significant mathematical difficulties. The author has developed a computer program for calculating Chebyshev–Hermite polynomials, which are the solution of the Schrodinger equation for a quantum oscillator. The program allows you to graphically represent the wave function and the probability density distribution.
