Abstract
This article analyzes the problem of decision making as an important professional competence of a leader in the management process. The article analyzes the socio-psychological studies of our country, the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States and foreign scientists.An analysis is presented and a conclusion is drawn based on the results of the study.
