Abstract
This article describes the results of a study of psycho-emotional sphere in 40 patients with insomnia. They were treated with the inclusion of antidepressant sertralin. Patients treated with sertralin, psychotherapy reduced in the amount of points on a psychodiagnostic test of Tsung, improvement of psychoemotional status and reduced insomnia.
