Annotaciya

in this article, the necessity, factors, and solutions of educating young people as mature individuals, i.e. physically, mentally, aesthetically, and morally mature individuals, through Oriental martial arts, are discussed and the importance is provided. The teachings of Eastern martial arts will be discussed.Its main structural factors and parts are described. The criteria for creating a healthy lifestyle in Uzbekistan and the world, developing students’ interest in Eastern martial arts were analyzed and compared with the criteria. Recommendations were made for Eastern martial arts.
