Abstract
In this article, the factors affecting the quality of education of higher educational institutions, the implementation of new approaches to improving its structure and content, the scientific and pedagogical aspects of the educational cluster, the results of the researches conducted in this regard are mentioned. Also, the important factors of improving the quality and efficiency of education in higher education institutions were analyzed, and suggestions and recommendations aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of education were presented.
