Maintaining and developing information resources, as well as providing access to them, is the main task of any developed country. In this regard, recently the world community has been paying great attention to the development of digital libraries as one of the most effective ways of preserving the national cultural and scientific heritage. Over the еars, new information technologies capable of providing great support to scientists, researchers, and students have been actively discussed and are gradually developing.
