In this article, the teaching staff examines the socio-psychological factors of emotional relationships: it is known that emotional intelligence is a highly developed ability of an individual to understand and manage his own emotions and feelings of other people, and highlights such points as the fact that his research generates a number of new approaches to the problem of emotional intelligence in psychological science.
