This article discusses the theoretical aspects of the development of professional qualities of future teachers using a communicative approach. The communicative approach in education is recognized as an effective method of developing communication and interaction skills, which plays a key role in the professional activity of a teacher. The article analyzes the basic principles of the communicative approach and their impact on the development of key competencies of teachers.
