Аннотация

This article explores the effectiveness of the application of practical gymnastics in the development of physical fitness of gymnasts, methods for the development of physical fitness of student youth based on the optimal distribution of physical and practical means of exercise in the training of those involved. In addition, there is talk about research on the issues of effectiveness of applying applied gymnastics in the development of physical fitness.
