This article is a comprehensive study aimed at developing practical recommendations for improving the social adaptation of students in grades 5-6. The article examines the main aspects of social adaptation in this age group, identifies typical problems faced by students, and suggests effective strategies to overcome them. The author is based on the results of modern research in the field of pedagogy, psychology and sociology, as well as on practical experience working with students. The article includes recommendations on the organization of the educational process, the formation of a positive social environment in the classroom, the development of communication skills and conflict management. The research is aimed at improving the effectiveness of the educational process and creating favorable conditions for the social adaptation of primary school students.
