The article highlights the problems of preparing the initial group in recreational rhythmic gymnastics at the initial stage of training due to the peculiarities of the sport and the group nature of sports activities. At the same time, many unresolved issues cause difficulties among specialists in the field of rhythmic gymnastics. The most important section in the general system of sports training is training, which is considered as integration. It is said that there is a need for a multifunctional approach to the study of the problem of recreational training in rhythmic gymnastics, the search for new innovative techniques, tools that contribute to the formation of a sufficient technical base for the further development of sports skills.
