Abstract

This article analyzes the socio-psychological characteristics and mechanisms of models and technologies of the manager’s decision-making process. Leader decision-making methods, scientific basis, unity of decisions, fairness of decisions, correctness of decisions, correct direction of decisions, conciseness of decisions, issue of accuracy in decision-making time and speed methods were also analyzed.
