Abstract
Improving the physical fitness of future military specialists in our country, increasing the military power of our country, correctly assessing the development of the physical qualities of young cadets and increasing the effectiveness of training with them remains one of the most important tasks. The article presents the results of pedagogical testing to determine indicators of the level of physical fitness of first-year students of the military educational faculty and data on the dynamics of the development of physical quality indicators.
