Abstract
The article presents the problems of organizing independent education based on digital technologies in the credit system, the methodology for using the project method in organizing independent education, as well as the basic requirements for the effective organization of educational telecommunications projects. The procedure for organizing and protecting educational telecommunications projects and methods of external evaluation are explained.
