Abstract

This article examines the influence of physical culture and sports on the formation of a team and personal development. Physical culture is an integral part of general culture. Physical education and sports influence the process of self-knowledge and self-improvement, the formation of will, and moral and ethical education. Sport develops self-confidence and self- confidence. The influence of physical education and sports on the development of a person’s personality is constantly increasing.
