Abstract
The focus of all reforms implemented in the educational process is the individual. That is why it is one of the most important tasks for our country to raise and educate a mature generation capable of fulfilling the requirements of the new era of development. One of the important tasks facing us today is the training of new competitive specialists who come to our place, who have their own opinion, worldview, modern knowledge and thinking. This article presents information about the history, origin, and content of tutoring and facilitating activities organized in higher education institutions today.
