In this article, the role of the communicative method in teaching a foreign language and the fact that it serves as a basis for the development of writing, reading, speaking and listening skills in language teaching, to determine the effectiveness and specifically to teach written speech giving instructions for the development of the methodology was analyzed. In addition, it was shown that the main essence of the communicative method is teaching to communicate with the help of language and teaching a foreign language through communication.
