The article deals with biological, medical, psychologo-pedagogical approaches to the organization of adaptive physical training in the correctional work with children and persons with disabilities in a variety of special education and rehabilitation organizations in the correctional and inclusive education. The aurhors describe the role of traditional and innovative means of the adaptive physical training and sports in disabled children’s rehabilitation.
