Laboratory training is an important component of education for food students, providing hands-on experience that bridges theoretical knowledge and practical application. Effective organization and management of laboratory faculty is essential to ensure that students acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the food industry. This article examines the different pedagogical methods used in the organization and management of laboratory activities for food students, emphasizing the importance of a comprehensive approach that includes preparation, execution and evaluation of laboratory activities.
