This article examines the issues of modern pedagogy, the answers to which are analyzed in the dialogue between the great writers of our time Chingiz Aitmatov and Mukhtar Shakhanov. The wise conclusions and conclusions presented in their joint work “The Hunter’s Lament over the Abyss” can become the basis for unique pedagogical methods that are effective in the development of education and upbringing.
