Abstract
This article talks about the relationship between the concept of temperament and language and speech, which aspects of this relationship are reflected in speech, the external environment and temperament, and the aspects of the external environment that affect temperament. Views on the role of temperament in the environment of speech impairment and its claim are expressed. Views on the role of temperament in the process of language acquisition are discussed. Temperament-related phenomena talk about the functions of temperament in arousal, memory, and processing processes.
