Abstract

The article examined and analyzed shortcomings in the system of employment of graduates of higher education. Analyzing all the shortcomings in the system of employment of graduates, the main shortcoming was identified - the relationship between graduates, employers and universities. Based on these shortcomings and taking into account the attitude of modern graduates to new technologies, a methodology for digitalizing the graduate employment system was developed.
