The article reveals the mechanisms of Germany’s political and economic penetration into Iran at the end of the 19th century. Using various diplomatic and geo-economic mechanisms, the German Empire tried to penetrate the “spheres” of influence of England and Russia in the Middle East. This was accompanied by an intensification of the political struggle, which later led to the signing of agreements on the delimitation of influence in the Middle East.
