Аннотация

This article examines the decisive role of legal consciousness and legal culture in the Prevention of crime within the framework of the developing socio-legal landscape of the new Uzbekistan. The study explores the impact of legal education, social values, and community engagement on the development of a proactive approach to Crime Prevention. Through extensive literature analysis, the paper aims to provide insight into the methods used, the results achieved, and to discuss the consequences of future policy and Community Development.
