Аннотация

In this scientific article, a complex analysis of phraseological units with a phytonym component in English and Uzbek languages ​​is carried out. Phraseologisms of this type include units that contain elements related to the flora, that is, it is not only the names of plants, but also their parts. Human life has always been closely connected with the flora. Therefore, phraseological units with a phytonym component occupy an important place in the languages ​​under study.
