This paper examines the impact of scientific and educational migration on the formation of human capital in today's world. It discusses the problems of brain drain and the uneven distribution of knowledge as major challenges to the development of education and science. The paper suggests solutions such as supporting scientific programs in home countries and encouraging specialists to return in order to address these challenges and enhance the quality of human capital.
