Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force in modern economies, influencing both economic growth and the labor market. This article explores the dual impact of AI on economic expansion and job creation. By examining various sectors, the research identifies how AI technologies contribute to productivity improvements, cost reductions, and innovation. Simultaneously, the study addresses the challenges posed by AI, including potential job displacement and the need for workforce reskilling. Through a comprehensive analysis of empirical data and case studies, the article provides insights into the balancing act between leveraging AI for economic benefits and ensuring inclusive job growth. Recommendations for policymakers and industry leaders are also discussed to foster a sustainable integration of AI in the economy.
