Annotatsiya
Chronic renal failure (CRF) is a symptom complex caused by irreversible gradual death of nephrons due to primary or secondary chronic progressive kidney disease. The number of patients with CRF in the world has increased by 4.7 times. The basis for diagnosing tubulointerstitial kidney disease is a generalization of the data of a general clinical examination of the patient and the results of modern paraclinical studies, which allow, based on a clinical and morphofunctional approach, to verify the diagnosis, identify the primary pathology of other organs and systems and exclude uropathy.
