OPTIMIZATION OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF ECONOMIC REFORMS IN UZBEKISTAN

Abstract
The article is devoted to the optimization of the financial management system of enterprises in the context of economic reforms in Uzbekistan. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to strengthen the financial stability of enterprises to achieve national goals of sustainable development and ensure economic stability. The main problems of the current financial system are considered, including dependence on public sources of financing, insufficient transparency of the budget process and limitations in attracting private investment. Particular attention is paid to modern approaches to financial management, including the introduction of the Integrated National Financing Mechanism (INMF) and digital technologies that contribute to increased transparency and efficiency of management. The international experience of reforming financial systems and the possibilities of its adaptation to the specifics of the economy of Uzbekistan are analyzed. The article offers recommendations for improving the financial system, including the development of partnerships between the state and business, stimulating investment in the green economy and increasing the transparency of financial processes. The implementation of the proposed measures will create a sustainable financial infrastructure capable of withstanding external challenges and ensuring economic growth.
