THE CONTRIBUTION OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES TO ENSURING THE COUNTRY'S ECONOMIC GROWTH

This scientific article is devoted to the analysis of the impact of digital technologies on the transformation of production processes in order to overcome the slowdown in economic growth and increase labor productivity. The types of digital technologies that affect various spheres of society and form the digital economy are considered. Two approaches to understanding the category of «digital economy» are identified, its content is considered and its place in the global economic model is determined. It is noted that the introduction of digital technologies leads to increased labor productivity, competitiveness and capitalization, improved quality of life, the formation of new markets, increased security and, ultimately, ensures economic growth.
