Abstract

This article, with an analysis of international experience, highlights the creation of the constitutional control department in the Republic of Uzbekistan, and then its transformation into the Constitutional Court, the formation of the court, the powers of judges based on historical sources and a comparative analysis of criteria and legal acts.
