Abstract

This article analyzes the development, reform, and digital transformation of Uzbekistan’s banking system during the period 1991–2025. It highlights the role of the banking sector in ensuring economic stability, the expansion of financial services for the population and entrepreneurs, and the outcomes of implementing digital technologies.
