Mazkur maqolada fotoelektrik effekt hodisasi asosida ishlovchi quyosh batareyalarining fizik prinsiplari, ularning samaradorligiga ta’sir etuvchi omillar hamda samaradorlikni oshirish usullari tahlil qilingan. Yarimo‘tkazgich materiallar, spektral yutilish, rekombinatsiya jarayonlari va zamonaviy texnologik yondashuvlar ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari quyosh energetikasining istiqbolli yo‘nalish ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
