The differentiation of concepts in the field of jurisprudence is an important problem that has not only theoretical but also practical significance. Linguistic differences can have a significant impact on the interpretation of legal norms and their application in different cultures. In the context of globalization and increasing international legal interaction, the study of legal terms and concepts in different languages is becoming increasingly relevant. This article will consider the problem of distinguishing concepts in the field of jurisprudence between the Russian and Uzbek languages, as well as some aspects related to the translation and adaptation of legal terms.
