Abstract

The article scientifically analyzes the origin, stages of formation and cultural characteristics of the Kungrot ethnos in historical sources and literature. The study, based on the principles of historicity, objectivity and source studies, highlights the place of Kungrots in the ethnic structure of the Uzbek people.
