IRANIANS IN UZBEKISTAN: ISSUES OF MODERN HISTORY

Abstract
This article is devoted to a brief overview of the history, culture and religion of the “iranis” of Central Asia, and in particular, Uzbekistan. The article also briefly examines some historical data on the migration of Iranians to Central Asia, the features of their confessional self-identification.
