This article analyzes the linguistic features of English terms used in the field of engineering. It examines the lexical-semantic, morphological and functional characteristics of technical terms, their role in professional communication, and the specific features of their translation into Uzbek. The article also highlights the significance of English engineering terms as standardized units in international scientific and technical communication.
