This article examines certain aspects of the poetics of Uzbek and Turkish folk tales about Hazrat Ali. The study focuses on linguopoetic devices that contribute to the artistic expressiveness of these tales, particularly the use of hyperbole, epithets, and synonyms. It also explores the role of these poetic elements in shaping the protagonist’s image, intensifying the narrative content, and enhancing the aesthetic value of the works. Based on a comparative analysis of Uzbek and Turkish folk tales, the article identifies both their shared poetic features and their distinctive characteristics.
