THE INFLUENCE OF CIVILIZATION ON THE POLITICAL AND ECONOMIC LIFE OF WESTERN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
Omonova, Sarvinoz
Abstract
At the beginning of the common era, the European continent went through a difficult historical period. While civilization was flourishing in Rome, the Great Migration of Peoples took place. Germanic tribes living in the territories adjacent to Rome destroyed the classical antiquity civilization in the 4th–6th centuries. The Visigoths were the first to launch invasive campaigns into the lands of the empire.
