LEGAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF NORMATIVE AND LEGAL ACTS

Аннотация
The article analyzes the concept of a departmental normative legal act on the basis of theoretical and current legislation. In foreign countries, the study of administrative regulations is based on administrative law. The concept of a departmental regulatory legal document is determined by authorship. The author also analyzes the features of the concept of a departmental normative legal act. The current legislation regulates the adoption of departmental normative legal acts by means of rules that justify the need to regulate these documents within the framework of the law.
