Аннотация
This article provides an overview of the legal basis for the participation of the prosecutor in the Proceedings of administrative jurisdiction and administrative courts. statistical data, legislative norms and practical examples were widely used in writing the article, law norms were widely and thoroughly analyzed. Within the framework of the strategy of action, the essence of control and control in the process of reforming the public administration, the system of Public Administration, legitimacy in public administration and ensuring discipline are highlighted the important aspects of prosecutor's control.
