ISSUES OF IMPROVING LEGISLATION REGULATING RELATIONS RELATED TO THE STATUS OF A SPORTS FAN

Abstract

Protecting the rights and interests of sports fans and improving sports legislation is one of the most important and promising areas of legal science. This article discusses the issues of improving the rules governing relations related to the status of sports fans. As a result of the analysis of the requirements for organizing and holding various sports and mass events, some fan rights can be identified. In particular, this is the right to safety during a sporting event, which is fundamental in the General system of rights of sports fans.based on research on foreign experience and national legislation, proposals and recommendations are made for making changes and additions to the rules governing the rights of sports fans.
