LEGAL NATURE OF THE FUNCTION OF ACCUSES IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Аннотация
This article is devoted to such a topical issue in criminal proceedings as the legal nature of the accusatory function in criminal proceedings. In addition, various approaches of national and foreign scientists to the accusatory function of criminal proceedings are considered. Based on the analysis carried out, it has been established that the procedural powers of the prosecutor in criminal proceedings are based on the need for prosecutorial supervision to ensure that the investigation of crimes was comprehensive, complete and impartial and, ultimately, sufficient to ensure the rights and freedoms of the individual, as well as the rule of law.
