PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF WOMEN IN ADULTHOOD

Аннотация
This article analyzes the psychological characteristics of women in adulthood, focusing on the emotional, cognitive, and socio-psychological aspects specific to this stage of personality development, based on scientific and theoretical sources. It also examines the role of women in family and professional life, processes of self-awareness, and the psychological impact of age-related developmental crises. The findings indicate that, during adulthood, women demonstrate increased psychological stability, life experience, and social responsibility; however, they may also encounter emotional stress and identity-related challenges.
