CIVIL LAW ENSURING OF ENFORCEMENT OF OBLIGATIONS

Abstract
The article analyzes the issues related to ensuring the fulfillment of contractual, delict and non-contractual obligations using civil law methods, the concept of the institution of support and its purpose, the processes covered by it, and important signs of ensuring. In addition, new concepts were given on the civil-law enforcement of obligations and reflecting the nature of security, and it was proposed to include the category of secured interests in the legislation and the civil law doctrine.
