INTERNATIONAL LEGAL INTERACTION OF WTO WITH FOOD AND AGRICULTURE ORGANIZATION (FAO) IN THE FIELD OF HEALTH

Abstract
This article devoted to issues of international legal interaction of the World Trade Organization with the Food and Agriculture Organization in the field of health care at the present stage. It examines the concept of food and health security issues, including the main areas of interaction between the FAO and the WTO: information exchange; development of international legal standards in the regulation of international food trade related with sanitary, phytosanitary and food standards within the committees. Theoretical conclusions are formulated on further cooperation between the FAO and the WTO.
