PROBLEMS OF ENSURING THE PARTICIPATION OF ATTESTING WITNESSES IN THE INVESTIGATION

The article provides for changes and additions to the general rules of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan to eliminate some problems in ensuring the participation of attesting witnesses. Exceptions to the participation of witnesses have been proposed. This includes the involvement of various experts, witnesses and emergency officials and other necessary additional forces at the scene, the provision of surveillance, careful inspection and review of the site, as well as the implementation of other measures.
