This article, based on the norms of the Constitution and the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the legislation of some foreign countries, analyzes the specifics of the criminal law protection of the life of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, conducts a legal analysis of article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, draws relevant conclusions and recommendations on improving the norms of the criminal legislation
