THE MAIN APPROACH TO THE LEGAL REGULATION OF REORGANIZATION AND LIQUIDATION OF LEGAL ENTITIES IN THE INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LAW

Resume: In private international law, the legal regulation of the reorganization and liquidation of legal entities is becoming increasingly relevant today. The article discusses the features of legal regulation of the reorganization and liquidation of legal entities. The author analyzes the approaches to the reorganization and liquidation of legal entities complicated by a foreign element, the norms established by national legislation, and its features. Based on the results of the analysis, certain conclusions were drawn and scientifically based proposals and recommendations were developed on introducing amendments to the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
