AGE-RELATED DYNAMICS OF CONSTRUCTIVE THINKING IN SCHOOL STUDENTS AND ITS PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

Abstract
The article examines the age-related dynamics of constructive thinking development (constructive problem-solving, creative and critical approach, independent solution-finding ability) in schoolchildren and its individual characteristics. The study covers students aged 7–16: it shows a gradual increase in the level of constructive thinking with age (predominantly figurative in primary grades, transition to verbal-logical in middle grades), the influence of personal traits (temperament, interests, intellectual abilities).
